Our Story

NeoBeginnings is a medical group that believes in partnering with hospitals and health systems to deliver outstanding neonatal care and enhanced patient outcomes. We believe that every community deserves a safe and skilled newborn delivery service, and should not feel pressure to transfer infants due to outside corporate interests. NeoBeginnings is committed to developing the appropriate level of care for each community, minimizing family displacement.

NeoBeginnings' clinical strategy is to focus on implementing five mandatory quality improvement projects (QIPs) in all our units. These strategies are adapted to each particular newborn intensive care unit to guarantee vulnerable newborns:

2. Protection from Unnecessary and Dangerous Medications;
3. Freedom from Central Line Infections;
4. Treatment with the Gentlest Possible Respiratory Support; and
5. Adherence to the "Golden Hour" Protocol After Birth to Optimize Outcomes and Minimize Complications
